We don’t have insurance contracts for Unconditional Access
- We cannot bill for services until these contracts are completed
YourPath Care, PLLC is a subsidiary of Unconditional Access
- The YourPath Care clinic was purchased by Unconditional Access shortly after inception in order to continue the excellent work started in 2020 by YourPath founders.
We now have a better communication platform
- Though our messaging system within Tebra (our electronic healthcare record system) is adequate, this change to delivering care under YourPath Care will bring an updated messaging system, Sala, along for the ride!

We will be communicating with you through a platform named Sala
- This was developed by YourPath as a web-based HIPAA-compliant messaging system specifically for addiction treatment coordination and collaboration
We will use a different electronic healthcare record - Athena instead of Tebra.
- You will interact minimally with Athena; most exchanges with us happen through Sala.
Tebra will not be used for the next few months
- We will continue using Sala indefinitely

YourPath was founded in 2020 during the COVID pandemic to provide low-barrier care for people who use drugs.
The YourPath Care clinic was split into a separate entity due to Minnesota legal requirements
- YourPath continues to provide comprehensive assessments via telehealth for entry into addiction treatment programs, as well as ASAM level 1.0 group-based care.
- Both services started during the COVID pandemic to expand MOUD and assessments into virtual spaces and adapt to community needs anywhere in Minnesota.
